Dispatch is not delivery; transit time is additional. Brochure specials usually take 4–5 days.

Which artwork option should I choose after the automatic check?
After the automatic check, review the preview and choose the fixed artwork option (shown as “Proceed with using fixed supplied artwork” when fixes are available), unless you need to retain an intentional effect in your original file. Automatic fixes cannot always repair low-resolution images. If you are unsure, contact us before proceeding.
What artwork file should I supply?
Send a print-ready PDF (version 1.4 or later), sized for your chosen product. Embed fonts or convert them to outlines, and flatten transparency before exporting.
What are bleed and safe margins?
Bleed extends your background beyond the cut edge. Safe margins keep important text away from that edge. Standard business cards and flyers need 2 mm bleed and a 3 mm inner safe margin. Always follow your selected product’s artwork guide, as requirements vary.
How sharp do my images need to be?
Aim for 300 dpi at the final printed size. Text saved as an image needs 800 dpi. A small image enlarged to fill a page may look blurry in print.
Which colour settings should I use?
For standard full-colour work, prepare your artwork in CMYK; use greyscale for black-and-white work. RGB and spot colours aren’t suitable for standard jobs. Specialty finishes may need separate artwork instructions.
Does an artwork check mean my order is ready to print?
No. Artwork checks are one step in the process. We review your order before production. Please check your wording, contact details and layout carefully too.
Can I request a printed proof?
Ask before submitting your order. Printed proofs can be arranged for brochures, flyers and magazines, but aren’t available for business cards or postcards. Confirm the options for your job first.
Which paper and finishing options can I choose?
Options depend on the product. Use its configuration to choose the available paper, printed sides and finishes. If you need a particular fold, cut or finish that isn’t shown, ask before proceeding.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, finishing and delivery destination. If you have a deadline, tell us before submitting so we can check what’s achievable. Dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.
How is delivery worked out?
Delivery options and costs depend on your address and order. Check the delivery details for your job, and ask about any special requirements before proceeding.
Can I split delivery or request special packing?
Ask us before submitting. Split deliveries are available for some products, and packing needs should be included with your request. Availability and any extra costs need to be confirmed.
